Enjoy all that Pine Beach has to offer! Our community provides residents and visitors with a variety of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, including access to the beautiful Toms River, beach access, docks for fishing and crabbing, and pickleball courts. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, cast a line, enjoy a day of crabbing, or get active on the courts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in Pine Beach. Recreation badges and parking permits are sold at Borough Hall during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. Beach badges ARE NOT sold at the beach. Parking permits are enforced by the Pine Beach Police Department and required for all permit marked parking lots/spaces.
RECREATION BAGES:To be used for BEACH/CRABBING/DOCKS/PICKLEBALL COURT
- Badge required for each individual 12+ years of age: $10.00
- Citizens 62+ years of age: $5.00
- Children under 12 are Free
PARKING PERMITS:
- Are non-transferable and required for each vehicle: $10.00
- Citizens 62+ years of age: $5.00
BOAT RAMP PERMIT:
- If purchased January 1st - April 14th $150.00
- If purchased on or after April 15th $175.00
- One day pass (date is non-transferable) $40.00
- Commercial pass (per trailer) $1,500.00

Looking for a place to host your next gathering or event? The Borough of Pine Beach offers rental opportunities at several of our community facilities, including the pavilion and fields at Vista Park, Walling Baseball field, and select spaces at Borough Hall. Whether you're planning a family gathering, community event, or private function, our facilities provide a convenient setting to bring your group together and enjoy all that Pine Beach has to offer. Please review the rental requirement, availability and applicable fees before submitting your request.
Pavilion and Park Rental
- Non-profit*/individual use of public property: $50.00 for 3 hours plus a $200.00 refundable deposit

For-Profit** use of property
- One day: $75.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
- Multiple Days: $300.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
- Pine Beach sponsored activities: Exempt
Vista Field and Borough Hall Rental
- Non-profit*/individual use of public property:
- Resident: $10.00 plus a $200 refundable deposit
- Non-resident: $25.00 plus a $200 refundable deposit
- For-Profit** use of property
- One day: $75.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
- Multiple Days: $300.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
*Non-Profit organization is a registered IRS 501 (c) 3, operating as a charitable organization, whose membership is open to the public at large, dedicated to providing quality of life improvements for the community. Examples include recreation sports leagues, scouting organizations, school and other civic groups.
**For-Profit is any business or group utilizing facilities to generate a profit, operate or participate in a for-profit league, tournament or activity. Examples include private teams, leagues, organizations and groups not open to the public at large.
All applications must include a completed Recreation Permit form along with Hold Harmless agreement; permits will also require a Certificate of Insurance naming the Borough of Pine Beach an additional insured.
