*Non-Profit organization is a registered IRS 501 (c) 3, operating as a charitable organization, whose membership is open to the public at large, dedicated to providing quality of life improvements for the community. Examples include recreation sports leagues, scouting organizations, school and other civic groups.
For-Profit** use of property
a. One day: $75.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
b. Multiple Days: $300.00 plus a $200.00 refundable deposit
**For-Profit is any business or group utilizing facilities to generate a profit, operate or participate in a for-profit league, tournament or activity. Examples include private teams, leagues, organizations and groups not open to the public at large.
Pavilion and Park Rental $50.00 for 3 hours plus a $200.00 refundable deposit and Certificate of Insurance naming Borough of Pine Beach as additional insured
All applications must include a completed Recreation Permit form along with Hold Harmless agreement; some permits will also require a Certificate of Insurance naming the Borough of Pine Beach an additional insured.
