Quarterly payments for Property Taxes are due:
1st quarter - February 1
2nd quarter - May 1
3rd quarter - August 1
4th quarter - November 1
Please note that NO POST-DATED payments will be accepted. Fee for a returned check is $15 and must be paid on a separate payment from the regular tax payment. There is a 10-day grace period for each quarter; to avoid interest, payment must be received during working hours by the 10th. If the last day of the grace period falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period is extended through the next business day. All payments received after the grace period will accrue interest daily calculated back to the first day of the period.
